Abstract
The easy synthesis of 9-hydroxy-9-(4-carboxyphenyl)xanthene 1 a new li nker for the solid phase peptide synthesis of peptide amides is report ed. The cleavage conditions were checked and several peptide amides we re synthesized using the TentaGel-resin(TM) on the Milligen 9050 conti nuous flow peptide synthesizer. (C) 1997 Elsevier Science Ltd.
