Abstract
We report a case of heterotropic pancreas located in the gastric antru m. The cystic formation contained mucus. Tumoral markers in the cyst f luid were within the range pancreatic cystic mucinous tumors. Patholog y examination of the resected specimen did not evidence any proliferat ive lesions but showed papillary hyperplasia probably due to duct occl usion.
