Abstract
The PZT 95/5 thin film was prepared on Pt/Ti/ SiO2/Si substrate by sol -gel method. The behavior of F-RL-F-RH phase transition was investigat ed in the thin him. The change of the remanent spontaneous polarizatio n during the F-RL-F-RH phase transition is 0.6 mu c/cm(2).
