Abstract
A new type of semiconducting dosimeter is proposed for real-time monit oring of nuclear radiation energy (dose). This dosimeter produces an e lectrical output signal directly proportional to the incident radiatio n dose (and not its intensity) and its sensitivity to this radiation d ose can be controlled.
