Abstract
A 42-year-old man with a rare huge primary cardiac hemangioendotheliom
a that arose from the right atrium is reported. With review of literat
ure, the pathological character, the diagnostic images given by transe
sophageal echocardiography and magnetic resonance imaging and surgical
treatment are discussed.
