The Mixed Blessings of Contingency Management

Contingency management is defined as the "dominant management paradigm" in management literature and practice. A critique in the form of an emerging paradigm is labeled as "dialectical contextualism". This critique is neo-conservative in nature since it rests upon phenomenological concepts of individual choice - concepts derailed by evolution of practices of contingency management.
