Abstract
The National Training Laboratories (NTL) model emphasizes process consultation within the framework of the Lewinian model of change. Transactional Analysis (TA) appears useful if applied within the context of the Lewinian model. Appropriate and inappropriate applications are examined, and a conceptual framework and propositions for effective integration are proposed.
