Abstract
Critical scaling exponents for eight sandpile-type systems that displa y self-organized criticality are determined numerically. These results are consistent with previous results where available and provide a mo re extensive, accurate, and consistent set of exponents than has previ ously been published for the set of models overall. Several theoretica l interrelationships between the various exponents are verified. [S106 3-651X(98)09510-5].
