Abstract
We obtained the thermal radiation spectra of a semibounded nonisotherm al plasmalike medium separated by a homogeneous layer from the externa l region. The results an written in the form of the Kirchhoff law, gen eralized to the case of account for the proper thermal field of the ex ternal medium and different temperatures of the radiating media. We no te the possibility of the dominant contribution of the proper thermal radiation field of the external medium to the one-sided energy flux. W e study the conditions of frequency and angular enlightening for a tra nsparent layer. The influence of the transition layer and the thermal radiation held of the external medium on the frequency spectra of ther mal radiation of the system under consideration is investigated in det ail.
