Abstract
We report the case of a girl with known large right-sided and small le ft-sided neonatal adrenal haematomas who underwent bone scintigraphy 2 3 days after birth for suspected osteomyelitis. The radionuclide exami nation showed uptake of bone tracer around the right-sided haematoma, but no abnormality on the left side.
