Abstract
The dielectric permeability of the different layers of biological memb rane were investigated. The objects taken into account included a lipi d bilayer, membrane proteins and exernal coveres formed by clews of pr otein chains. The distribution of electric fields and the values of el ectrostatic forces of membrane elastic layers stretchening was found i n such membrane.
