Abstract
Reduction potential and lipophilicity of the copper(II) bis(thiosemica rbazone) complexes can be independently controlled by alkylation in th e diketone backbone and the N-termini of the ligand, allowing optimisa tion of radiopharmaceuticals strongly selective for hypoxic tissues.
