Abstract
A three-dimensional (3-D) asymmetrical functional is developed and imp lemented as a hybrid-sector edge-element method. The equivalent freque ncy-dependent circuit parameters are then extracted from the field sol utions. Laboratory measurements and data comparison with previous publ ished results strongly support the newly developed theoretical work.
