Abstract
A method of deriving a dual field fringe pattern from a single wedge p late for collimation testing is presented. The proposed technique uses a wedge plate and a 90 degrees prism retroreflector to form two inter ference fields. With the two sets of fringes, the technique provides t wofold increase in sensitivity and has its own reference. (C) 1998 Els evier Science Ltd. All rights reserved.
