Abstract
Nasal septal abscess (NSA) is an uncommon sequel to minor nasal trauma . Abscess extension beyond the nasal cavity is rarely documented. A ca se of a 10-year-old boy who presented with a NSA associated with a lar ge extradural frontal abscess is presented and indications for CT scan ning in the workup of pediatric patients with NSA is discussed.
