Abstract
The results of investigation of 4(C-60). 3(twin-TDAS) complex by Xray photoelectron, electron energy-loss, and infrared spectroscopy are pre sented. It was shown that 1) the conformations of twin-TDAS molecules in crystals of 4(C-60). 3(twin-TDAS) complex and twin-TDAS molecular c rystal differ, 2) charge transfer in the complex between molecules twi n-TDAS and C-60 is small, 3) plasma oscillation of all valence electro ns in the complex is less localized in comparison with these in solid C-60.
