Magnetotransport phenomena in semiconductor superlattices (SL) are sho
wn to depend nonlinearly on the electric field in a transverse magneti
c field. The magnetoresistivity along the SL layers changes its sign w
ith increasing electric field. The Hall voltage depends nonlinearly on
both the magnetic field strength and the current density in the struc
ture.
