CORE FAILURE DIAGNOSIS METHOD BASED ON HARMONICS SYNTHESIS METHOD

This paper proposes the core failure diagnosis method which is based o n the pattern recognition principle and uses the harmonics synthesis m ethod (HSM) as the pattern feature extraction method It has the advant ages such as meaningful and explicit diagnostic result, high tolerance on random measurement errors, simple and fast calculation process, an d the possibility to easily and efficiently diagnose the core failure such as the detector malfunction and misleading etc..
