The classification of differential autosubstitutions of the form (u) o
ver cap = G(u(x),u) that are allowed by general evolution equations wi
th one spatial variable is considered. In the one-field case, every su
ch substitution can be reduced to the autosubstitution (u) over cap =
u + u(x)/u for the Burgers equation by a point transformation. This su
bstitution is generalized to the two-field case.
