Abstract
In this case report, we present the utility of transesophageal echocar diography in the detection of two uncommon complications of Left ventr icular assist devices: regurgitation of the bioprosthetic valve in. th e inflow conduit and a tear of a Dacron. conduit with hematoma formati on and compression, of the right ventricular wall.
