INVESTIGATION OF A PARAMETERS OF BARLEY VARIETIES PARTIAL RESISTANCE TO DARK GRAYISH-BROWN AND NET-LIKE SPOTS AGENTS

Parameters of barley varieties' partial resistance to helmintosporious spot agents were studied. Comparing to sensitive varieties partially resistant plants were found to posses the lower level of disease devel opment intensity and damage value, increased incubation period, decrea sed infection speed as well as;mall area under disease development cur ve on the graph. Significant correlation are identified between the ar ea under the disease curve and damage intensity as well as infection s pot size for D. teres agent or damage intensity and incubation period for B. sorokiniana. These findings will allow to perform fast selectio n of barley varieties with partial resistance.
