Abstract
Induction of autoimmune syndromes by drugs is a well-described clinica l phenomenon. This article reviews the literature on drug-induced lupu s and other autoimmune syndromes induced by pharmacologic agents. The induction of autoimmune syndromes by biologic agents used in clinical medicine is reviewed because these agents are becoming a more common c ause of autoimmune syndromes.
