Abstract
Consideration is given to estimating morbidity indicators in the absen ce of observations of disease. On the basis of the compartmental model of health variations with random transitions, a system of integro-dif ferential equations is developed to construct the required estimates. Application of the proposed method is illustrated by way of models.
