Abstract
A novel current-mode analogue multiplier-divider based on the quadrati c-translinear principle is presented. The input and output signals are all in current-mode. The circuit has favourable precision, wide dynam ic range and is insensitive to variations in temperature and processin g. It is suitable for VLSI implementation and on be used in many hardw are design fields such as fuzzy logic controllers and analogue neural networks.
