Abstract
The resolution of remote ultrasonic flaw detectors is studied on the b asis of mathematical simulation of echo signals. The qualitative chara cteristic of the resolution according to GOST (All-Union Stare Standar d) does not ensure signal resolution in practice. A single resolution criterion is required.
