Abstract
In the harmonic oscillator case, we examine the process of the uncerta inty relations growing from an extraordinary value to the usual quantu m-mechanical one in an additional (fictitious) time other than the ord inary time, and learn a possible origin of the quantum fluctuation, wi thin the framework of stochastic and microcanonical quantizations.
