Abstract
A case of intraplacental choriocarcinoma associated with a placental h emangioma is presented. Ultrasonic examination revealed a placental he mangioma at 33 weeks gestation. A cesarean section was performed at 37 weeks gestation. Histological examination showed intraplacental chori ocarcinoma associated with the hemangioma. No metastasis has been disc overed neither in the mother nor child 10 months after the delivery.
