Abstract
The diastereoselective electrosynthesis of polysubstituted a-chloro cy clopropylphosphonates is efficiently achieved by electroreduction of d iisopropropyl trichloromethylphosphonate in the presence of Michael ac cepters, in a one-compartment cell equipped with a magnesium sacrifici al anode.
