Abstract
We measured temporal evolution of the coherent emission from a semicon ductor microcavity by a very sensitive ac balanced homodyne detection system. The experimental results can be well explained by the coupled exciton-photon model with varying exciton linewidth. (C) 1998 American Institute of Physics. [S0003-6951(98)00347-7].
