Abstract
A 34 year-old female patient was admitted to our hospital with left-si ded abdominal pain. Physical examination, chest and abdominal X-rays l ed to the diagnosis of a colonic obstruction. Colonic gastrografin stu dy showed the splenic flexure herniated into the left hemithorax. Boch dalek hernia was diagnosed and emergency operation was performed. Post operative course was uneventful.
