Abstract
Pure lipoma of the uterus is a very rare entity, with few cases descri bed in the English literature. We report the case of a 71-year-old wom an, with pure lipoma of the uterus and coexistent endometrial carcinom a and discuss the possible relationship between these pathologic entit ies.
