Abstract
Amateur astronomers could soon have access to a small orbiting telesco pe if plans in the United Kingdom come to fruition. The Hubble Space T elescope project aims to launch a small Cassegrain telescope into the Earth's orbit in 1999, partly funded by the UK National Lottery.
