THIN-FILMS USED AS SOLAR-RADIATION SELECTIVE FILTERS

The paper presents a review of the works-regarding the film types that can be used as solar radiation filtres, in controlling the solar radi ations, the way of getting them and their main optical properties. Suc h films, which can assure an adequate transmission of the visible sola r radiation, at the same time with the IR one reflexion include; metal lic films (TIN) metallic sulphide films (CuxS, PbS, CdS). Besides the literature data the authors results on getting nickel films by chemica l deposition in baths, and metallic sulphides films, both by chemical deposition in baths and by pyrolisis spray, are presented.
