Abstract
Evaluation of eye muscle contractility and motility is essential in th e differential diagnosis and treatment of restrictive and paralytic ey e muscle disorders. The intention of this study was to evaluate the ro le of cine-magnetic resonance imaging technique in diagnosis and diffe rential diagnosis of restrictive and paralytic strabismus cases, inclu ding Duane's syndrome, sixth nerve palsy, thyroid ophthalmopathy and b low-out fracture.
