Abstract
A calculation-logical algorithm capable of predicting failures in work ing vacuum filters of a mineral oil deparaffination setup is formulate d. Recommendations are suggested for decreasing the risk of failure st ate development. Separate stages of the calculation of variables for w orking filtration units and the logical derivation of recommendations for failure prevention in these units are considered. A mathematical m odel for the calculation of variables of a filtration unit operating i n the stationary regime is proposed. Models of the data presentation f or predicting and preventing failures in the filtration units are deve loped.
