Abstract
The binding of Holliday structure resolving endonuclease VII to crucif orm DNA was studied in the electron microscope. The protein was found to bind either to the junction or to one of the arms or an end of one of the arms of the construct. The amount of bound protein was determin ed by measuring the size of the complexes. On average, one complex con taining three dimers was found per one molecule of cruciform DNA.
