Abstract
Pure electrolytic iron samples were implanted with yttrium using ion i mplantation technique. Compositions and structures of pure iron sample s before and after yttrium implantations were investigated to determin e the effect of ionic implantation. The aim of this paper is to show t he correlation between composition and structural studies in order to understand the role of the implanted yttrium depth distribution before the elaboration of anti-corrosion coatings.
