Abstract
A 35-year-old female developed primary biliary cirrhosis, polymyositis , and systemic scleroderma. The diagnosis of primary biliary cirrhosis was suggested by the fortuitous identification of antimitochondrial a ntibodies and was confirmed by the liver biopsy.
