SUPPORTING PEOPLE WITH DEVELOPMENTAL-DISABILITIES IN THEIR HOMES IN THE COMMUNITY - THE ROLE OF ORGANIZATIONAL-BEHAVIOR MANAGEMENT

In this article, the authors review the current status of organization al behavior management research and application in community living se ttings for people with developmental disabilities. Ten studies were id entified. Findings and limitations in the amount and breadth of resear ch conducted to date were noted. Correlational and descriptive studies were also reviewed briefly. Suggestions for best practices and future research are provided.
