Abstract
Accurate length poly-leucines have been used to evaluate mechanistic f eatures of the asymmetric epoxidation of chalcone. Studies have been d irected towards the influence of the length of the chain, the stereoch emistry of the amino acid residues and the nature of the terminal amin o group.
