Abstract
A hybridoma against the nucleoside m(6)A has been obtained from mouse spleen. This hybridoma was named H65 and it secretes monoclonal antibo dies anti-m(6)A. The competition assays showed that the monoclonal ant ibody was highly specific for m(6)A nucleoside.
