Abstract
Deprotection of 2-(diphenylmethylsilyl)ethyl (DPSE) protected (O,O,O)- and (O,O,S)-trialkyl phosphorothioates with tetrabutylammonium fluorid e affords the corresponding phosphorothioate. Formation of phosphodies ter linkages is not observed.
