Abstract
This paper shows that relational event algebra and one-point random se t coverage representations of fuzzy logic can be combined to produce h omomorphic-like representations for fuzzy logic models which utilize m odifiers in the form of exponentiations. It is demonstrated that these representations are quite tractable in many cases and serves as a nat ural link between a core part of fuzzy logic and probability. (C) 1999 Elsevier Science Inc.
