Abstract
Changing legislation is expected to affect how non-condensible gases a re treated in kraft mills in North America. The use of dedicated incin eration systems will become more common. Better understanding of SO3 p lume generation from these operations will affect the choice of treatm ent options. A recent incineration system is discussed.
