Abstract
Using state-of-the-art homology modeling methods, three-dimensional co ordinates for three family 18 glycosyl hydrolases were determined. The structures for Gp39, Brp39, and chitotriosidase were computer determi ned using the X-ray coordinates from SmChiA. The results of the modeli ng efforts are assessed, and comparison of the modeled structures to o ther known family 18 members is made.
