Abstract
In this letter, we show how active elements can be effectively employe d in the design of an important microwave time delay. We present analy tical and computer-stimulated results for an active time delay, and la yout design using microwave monolithic integrated circuit (MMIC) techn ology. (C) 1997 John Wiley & Sons, Inc.
