Abstract
A series of benzoxazolones has been synthesized using modifications of literature methods. The synthetic benzoxazolone analogs, along with c ommercially available analogs, were evaluated as inhibitors of nitric oxide synthases (NOS). Structure-activity relationships are also discu ssed.
