Abstract
The structure of silver caesium dinitrate, AgCs(NO3)(2), consists of NO3- l ayers perpendicular to the [100] direction. The Ag+ and Cs+ cations are loc ated between the layers, forming AgO5 and CsO12 polyhedra. The NO3- groups are planar.
