The effects of reaction temperature, initiator concentration, and molar fra
ction of monomer on the copolymerization kinetics of styrene/N-phenylmaleim
ide were studied in detail. The copolymerizations of styrene, methyl methac
rylate, acrylonitrile, or their mixtures with N-phenylmaleimide, N-cyclohex
ylmaleimide, or N-(o-chlorophenyl)maleimide were also investigated and disc
ussed with the structure of comonomer pairs.
