On nonpositively curved Euclidean submanifolds: splitting results

In this article, we prove that a n-dimensional, non-positively curved Eucli dean submanifold with codimension p and with minimal index of relative null ity nu = n - 2p is (in an open dense subset) locally the product of p hyper surfaces.
